rar a -m5 -v50M -R archive.rar /home
a – tells program to add files to the archive
-m5 – determine the compression level (0-store (fast)…3-default…5-maximum(slow))
-v50M – determine the size of each file in split archive, in this example you get files
archive – name of the archive you are creating
/home/ – is folder of the files you wish to add to the archive
Open up ssh client and connect to the server as root user
For 64 bit
Install DAG’s GPG key
rpm --import http://apt.sw.be/RPM-GPG-KEY.dag.txt
Install the package
For 32 bit
rpm -i rpmforge-release-0.5.1-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm
For 64 bit
rpm -i rpmforge-release-0.5.1-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm
Install Rar and Unrar
yum install rar unrar
dir /a-h /b /-p /o:gen >filelisting.txt

Rather to change the default shell of the entire machine, you can also assign to one of the user to run another shell than explorer.
Create key into the registry that belongs to your user; To make sure that you change the right user, logon once with your user credential and open regedit.exe (you might need to change the rights to allow registry access or runas..)
